The Scientists of Kenya Association (SCOKA) proudly participated as an exhibitor at the Kenya Innovation Week (KIW) from November 25th to 29th, 2024, at the Edge Convention Centre. This premier event brought together innovators, researchers, higher learning institutions, students, and government bodies from across Africa. Our presence served as a powerful platform to showcase SCOKA’s milestones in promoting science, innovation, and research.

At our booth, we engaged with a diverse audience, highlighting key achievements such as groundbreaking research initiatives, innovative programs for young scientists, and impactful community engagement efforts in science education. A significant outcome of our participation was the opportunity to build valuable partnerships with various institutions, including universities and research organizations, to explore future collaborations on joint research projects and knowledge exchange.

The event's opening ceremony, officiated by the President of the Republic of Kenya, Dr. William Samoei Ruto, provided a strong endorsement for the scientific community that inspired all attendees. Moving forward, SCOKA is committed to leveraging the connections and partnerships forged at KIW 2024 to drive impactful research and development initiatives.
