The Scientists of Kenya Association (SCOKA) is a non-profit scientific society dedicated to empowering young scientists, early career researchers, and professionals in Science, Research, Technology, and Innovation through mentorship, training programs, and active engagement in scientific events both locally and globally.

The association supports members’ career growth by organizing internal and external sessions and leveraging its network of senior and junior scientists.

Senior members help position junior members for opportunities such as industrial attachments, internships, and jobs, with additional support provided through shared opportunities on the members' forum.

As an association, we have several links with leading universities from different universities worldwide.

We also have international members who offer scholarship opportunities to younger scientists and scholars.

We take members to scientific institutions and industries for learning and experience purposes.

We enable members to visit research centers, testing and calibration laboratories, manufacturing industries, and government agencies that support and champion the course of science.

The Association conducts mentorship programs moreso in colleges and universities.

We also assign senior scientists (Mentors) and some junior scientists (Mentees) to bridge the gap between junior and senior professionals in science.

As a platform that consists of scientists at different levels and specialities, members can network productively with individuals of their expertise.

In our physical activities and engagement, members network at different levels, and this leads to the creation of opportunities.
