Participation of The Law Society of Kenya during the Expert Witness Workshop

The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) which was represented by Gor Anthony Ochieng , an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, actively participated in the Expert Witness Workshop and the review of the National Forensic Science Framework, which was organized by the Scientists of Kenya Association (SCOKA) on June 13th and 14th, 2024. This workshop aimed to enhance the understanding and application of forensic science in the legal field, emphasizing the critical role of expert witnesses in the judicial process.
